I made a click and collect order 3 days ago and went into the store to collect the item but didn't have the required ID in which I was refused the item so I spoke to someone on the my02 app to cancel the order so I could re order for delivery instead, I was told it would be within 24 hours. So it's now been 3 days and 3 times of been told my order is in the progress of been cancelled.
I can't physically make another order until the current order is cancelled has anyone got any advice for me please?
Also I have spoken to 02 over the phone as well but still to no avail.

I've been having a similar issue but today have got a text confirming the order has now been cancelled but i still can't redo the order for home delivery

I'm having the exact same issue, finally received the cancellation email and text yesterday. If you don't mind me asking how long did it take until you were able to re-order?
