Hi,
Been tryin to call o2 from my mobile 202 and get on a holding list! and as the only service i get is now whilst standing outside in the cold ive given up. so can i email support? ive looked around on the website and all i can find is live chat

O2 do not want you to use email but there is an email form here https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/help/help but they may not be able to help you
Is this to report a network fault?
if so and you have an iphone / andriod phone download the o2 my network app and use that to report a fault

Thanks for the links. Got as far as entering my unique password for when calling O2 support! Or I needed my last billing information which I don't have on me. Phew you were all mostly right!! they really don't want to be contacted.
I'll try the iPhone app. Does that work via wifi?

yes download the app
Turn it on with wifi on then disable wifi and run a test in affected area it will fail and allow you to create a fault then turn wifi back on to send the report.
Or just use the report back button selecting the issues you are having.
