I am on pay as you go and have a my O2 account. I login, then choose Auto topup the website then proceeds to ask me to login again. The login then fails without a failure note and I can't set the top up. I bought this o2 PAYG to use auto top up and now I can't even set it up. Can anyone help? I have no problems to top-up with a singe transaction. I just don't want to have to do this every month.

I suggest that you call O2 customer services and they will help you to set up the auto top-up.
I know it is mentioned in the O2 app - do you have that on your mobile? I have not used the auto top-up feature so I am uncertain if it simply transfers you to the O2 website.

The automated top up line is 0844 8090202...or as said if struggling to set it up then ring CS on the numbers given
