I have justo s phone call to upgrade my contract and I am recieving a new phone, they have told me on the phone I have to accept it online but I cant find were I need to do it? Help please?

They should send you a link in an email which you have to click on to confirm.
Check the email address you gave O2 when ordering and also check in the spam folder, just in case.
