Can't pay unpaid bill



I can't seem to pay a bill which previously bounced from my account because of lack of funds.


It says that the total amount due is zero, and when I try to make a payment it says "The page you are trying to access is no longer available." 


No money was deducted from my account, so I know I did not pay this bill.

Prob best to give cs a call if you can't pay it through your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Sounds like the direct debit will be represented soon. You'll need to call for clarity
