I can’t make or receive calls.. It’s dialling like you are going to connect then drops like you’ve got no network coverage so not sure what’s going on

This is a network issue, keep an eye on https://status.o2.co.uk

It will be with the tech teams to fix and restore service as soon as they can, there are no time scales to a resolution
