I desperately need to get through to o2 to report fraud immediately as I don't want to incur additional charges as a result of this. I want to put a spend cap on just in case. First 3 times I called they said they can't take any calls. Now I got through to hold music but I've been waiting for an hr. I can't wait on this all night. Any ideas how to get hold of them? It is frustrating too that you can't manage a spend cap online.
