Can't get through to o2

I desperately need to get through to o2 to report fraud immediately as I don't want to incur additional charges as a result of this. I want to put a spend cap on just in case. First 3 times I called they said they can't take any calls. Now I got through to hold music but I've been waiting for an hr. I can't wait on this all night. Any ideas how to get hold of them? It is frustrating too that you can't manage a spend cap online.

According to couple of people who posted today, once you get through to hold music, it means you are in the queue. Just hold on...

When you get through to customer services you may like to consider barring direct charges to your account also bar premium call charges too.
This prevents sneaky fraudulent charging you know nothing about.
Also try calling customer services early 08.00am
May have less of a wait.
