I’ve already paid topping up £15 data Big Bundle for the next Cycle. but it wasn't added
I am currently in Korea and cannot call customer service.
I continued to pay through the website to keep it up even when I was not in the UK, but this time it was not added. I don't want to pay twice for the next circle.

You wont be paying twice as they just wont renew the plan.. you will need to contact o2 using a different phone and call +44 844 809 0222 or use social media the details are here Guide: How to find help & contact O2
