My dad was with O2 for twenty years until recently when my mum decided it would be a good idea to change network......I don't think that worked out right! He now wants to go back to O2 but they won't accept his debit card. Even though he has previously been with them for twenty years....no credit problems either! It's crazy....any ideas? He is desperate to get back to O2 (not one for change!)

Do you know for sure this is a credit check refusal or just an issue with accepting card payments?
It's not unusual for the website to play up at payment time.
If it is just a payment issue, going into an O2 shop to buy shouldn'y be a problem.
