I purchased a data bolt on instead of a travel bolt on. I have now sent a total of three messages and haven’t had a courtesy of a response to any message. I have never come across such an incompetent network. The minute I can cancel I will be

Data bolt ons do not renew automatically so there is nothing to cancel.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
or give them a call on 202 or 4445 payandgo

no I want to cancel it as I have not used it. You’re missing the point. I’m not paying for something I’ve not used.

I can’t call I am not in the UK. The supposed expert agents need to do their job and actually deal with the query.

Hardly the fault of O2 if you added a bolt on you haven't used
Bolt ons are not refundable so you are at the mercy of a goodwill gesture from O2

It's free to call from your O2 phone

No reason either that you cannot call them

I can’t find confirmation that it is in fact free from Egypt. There is clearly an exception (denoted by the symbol) but no ability to check what that is. Given the exorbitant call costs and the total inability of O2 to answer and deal with calls quickly, without absolute evidence it is free I can’t risk a stupidly expensive call

What’s the exception symbol then if it’s free? There are clearly instances where this doesn’t apply!
