I got messages that my order is ready, but I didn’t order anything.

Does it start NC?  As its a system message when you are been moved over to the new billing system, nothing to worry about. 

 

If you have any concerns you will need to speak to Customer Services,  if you send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), or you can call 202 from your o2 phone

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

If the order reference begins "NC", it's a part of the move of your account details to the new back-end 360 system, @PeterthePole - you may get a text about a new direct debit setup also, nothing to worry about. Your MyO2 will change also in the next few hours once your account has been fully moved. Good luck!
