Does it start NC? As its a system message when you are been moved over to the new billing system, nothing to worry about.

If the order reference begins "NC", it's a part of the move of your account details to the new back-end 360 system, @PeterthePole - you may get a text about a new direct debit setup also, nothing to worry about. Your MyO2 will change also in the next few hours once your account has been fully moved. Good luck!
