I need to pay my bill which I missed. But I'm abroad and can't access new texts. Therefore, I can't log into my O2 or call the number. It's a vicious cycle where I can't pay my bill, which means I can't access my account to pay my bill. And I can't buy bolt-ons as I can't access my account. Why can't I just log into My o2 using my login details, like usual?

Nothing will be easy to do on Christmas Day and will probably be the same for Boxing Day. If you do manage to get your bill paid, consider contacting Payment Management when the holiday is over to set up a Direct Debit to avoid this happening in the future.
