Assuming it was working and has suddenly stopped, take a look through the tips in here, @WESTIE261275 - Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?
And try stepping down from 5G or 4G to 3G to see if that helps, temporarily.
Finally, download the O2 My Network app and set it up to see if there is mast work ongoing in your area: https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network
