Hi,
Brand new phone, picked it up today - I can't seem to top up. I've received texts from o2 etc, so the sim seems to be activated, but I've had payments from two different cards declined. Have I missed a step in set up?

Wow it would make sense for O2 to put this on the cover for the sim, literally all it says is to top up online or via the app. Maybe a simple, must use a voucher first time. Would have been useful to know this whilst in the shop.
