Calls blocked due to late bill payment

All outgoing calls are barred as a result of late payment, I have however cleared payment yesterday. The trouble is, once barred you are unable to reach 02 to reconnect you especially as the reconnection aint automatically done once payment has been received. I have left numerous emails to the mycare email id to no avail.

O2 no longer deal with email enquiries. You can't reply to the mycare address.
