I’ve been on the phone with two people today. One said she could set me up a payment plan with only incoming calls. The other said she could do that. Which one is correct because I made me payment plan amount on the correct day and paid my monthly bill today which I know was a day late but I wasn’t noticed when my bill date was I normally get a text message.
if this can’t be sorted so I can have a payment plan with only incoming calls I won’t be able to pay because I won’t be able to find a new job and I might end up doing something silly to myself because life is ****** at the moment.
if this can’t be resolved I will have to leave O2 and find a new provider.
