why have i got 2 bills

received 2 bills one due on 30 june for £28 and one due on 8 july for£46.84 ive just changed contract to all unlimited for £25/per month. why am i getting the £46.84 bill

Disable premium and info services

Hello,I keep getting extra charges on my monthly bill for “Premium and info services” but I don’t want this service and I don’t want extra charges so can I please disable this somehow ?
