Calling mobiles in Europe zone

My new tariff shows i have unlimited calls and texts to Europe zone countries. Does that mean i call lithuanian mobiles for free all the time?

ie Not included..

• Making calls or sending texts from the UK, to countries outside of the UK.
• Making calls or sending texts to premium rate numbers, directory service numbers and some non-geographic numbers (which can vary over time). Find out more
• Mobile broadband tariffs, as they can only be used in the UK.

To be honest, I am not sure what tariff do you have or are referring to. If your question is about roaming, please follow @Cleoriff and @Anonymous advice.

However, if you are talking about international calls, you can check the O2 site: Calling abroad? Make low-cost international calls with O2. This link shows the prices from the UK to Lithuania.

If you are calling from the UK then you will pay international rates on top of your allowances. New rates are for roaming

There are no tariffs that include free unlimited international calls from the uk.
You are getting confused with when you are roaming when you can use your uk allowances.
