Just got a new 3 year contract (business)
But wasn’t told in shop that you couldn’t monitor data etc as business users can’t use my02 app
My wife left EE to join me on o2 and we’re now left unable to monitor data or calls etc
We’re very unhappy with this is there anything we can do to get chanced to personal accounts

Sorry, don't see your pic, but anyway, if within 14 days you can cancel otherwise you need to pay off the entire contract / device plan to change.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
