Trying to find out if I can get screen fixed free if someone else breaks it.

online chats ain’t working and all questionable availability isn’t giving me the answer I need.

If you have the free screen replacement bolt on in your MyO2 you can get one free replacement.

It's only on certain tariffs though so not everyone gets it.

Why would you think you could get a free repair just because someone else broke the screen? Get the person who broke it to pay for it.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
