Hey guys

I’m writing here because the virtual assistant it doesn’t work properly, it give me dead link.

this morning instead renew my plan it charge me £2 with no reason. Then I had to top-up again so I spent double today. 
I want my money back but I can’t reach anyone because the assistant give me broken links.
