Broken Phone...

Hi all, first time poster so sorry if people ask this a lot. My screen has been broken tonight 😞 Is there anyway I can upgrade early without paying off the rest of my contract? Contract end 4 may, early upgrade 4 April. I was going to leave o2 but now my phone is broken, I would happily stay with them if I could just bring my upgrade forward...any advice?

Unfortunately you can't upgrade early, it's usually 1 month before your minimum term ends. You would have to pay up your contract to upgrade now.

As an alternative there are a few high-street shops that sell used phones.

Maybe someone you know may themselves be close to upgrading which could mean you could buy their old handset or the upgrade.
