Hi,
This is probably a common question so sorry but I couldnt find an answer.
I am a long time O2 customer (since 2007) and I just renewed my sim only contract as the RPI means it makes sense to get a new contract rather than stay pon what I was on. It is a 20GB data plan that I selected that is 12 months commitment at £20 a month then reverting to £33 after 12 months.
My issue is that all of my order confirmations and my "my account" page do not mention the £20 a month, they are all showing the £33 a month.
Is this normal?

Mine is exactly the same on my sim only tariff @Anonymous. The full amount is shown, though you are only charged for the promotional rate when your bill is generated. All a bit confusing at first...:smileywink:
