Hi I bought a 4Gb data bolt on two days ago and I can see that it has been added to My 02, phone say it's connected to 4G - but it's not working, no internet/network access? I've been trying to call O2 and use the app chat, but no luck getting through at the moment. I've tried turning the handset and data off/on Husband is also with ok and not experiencing issues. Help and advice gratefully received!
