Hi, Due to being messed around by companies in the past I have all my bills set so nothing extra can be charged yet my Monthly Subscription has gone from £17.50 before VAT to £17.97 this month. I was not informed of any price rises prior to bill raise, it's only .47p but I don't agree that this should be happening. Obviously I cannot get thorugh to customer service or visit a store right now.

Anyone else noticed a cheeky small amount raise in their bills?

Probably the annual price rise in line with retail price index.

Bills increase by rpi every year. It's in your contract terms and conditions.

Hi there @ElleBelle91

Yes o2 put up their contract prices yearly.

I had this information given to me when I joined o2.

It seemed to me to be a fair increase.

Best wishes TallTrees
