O2 open friends and family

Hi, I've seen some conflicting information, so looking for some clarity. If my wife gets O2 Open through her work, will she get a code that I can use to discount my upgrade too, or has O2 stopped that benefit?

One discount per code as advised but your wife will have been given 2 codes, so ask her to check her open account.
