I have made a payment today it has been taken out of bank and it has not updated on the system. The system is saying I owe £180? Unsure why this is as my usual bill is just under £80. My phone has been cut I need this issue resolved asap.

Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
Consider setting up a direct debit to avoid future issues.

I cannot contact them because they have cut my phone. It keeps going to the payment line which I have already paid :-(. Thanks for your help.
