Hi all, I payed my bill early this month and on my online banking app it’s saying that the moneys still coming out of my account on the allocated day. Is this right?

Hi... does anyone know how I can contact o2 they have cut off my phone so it just goes straight off when I try and call them and I payed my bill over a week ago

There may not have been enough time between you paying and the DD being taken but it will stay as credit for next months bill.
