Hi I'm a new customer I receive my new device today and my bill date is the 20th February but I don't get paid till the 13th march can I change my payment date to then please I'm worrying as I don't want to be behind

You need to talk to payment management, but remember, the payment is not due until 14 days after the bill date.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
