The only regular limits are a £40 data cap when abroad. O2 will only restrict your account in other cases if they suspect fraud or unusual activity.
It's covered in the T&C's applicable to your account http://www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions
If you are overspending regularly, are you sure you are on the correct tariff?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Hi @Pcafey Are you talking about Charge to Mobile?

https://www.o2.co.uk/help/digital-services/charge-to-mobile

If so this is what it says...

You should only buy what you can afford to pay for.

If you're on Pay As You Go, you can spend up to the limit of your credit. If you're on Pay Monthly, anything you buy will be added to your monthly bill. The amount you can spend depends on how long you've been a customer, how much you normally spend and if you pay your bill on time.

Some sellers set their own spending limits too.

If honest @Marjo I may have been way out with my understanding of the question...but I left my answer there just in case. upside_down
