I have been trying to contact the payment support line but keep being on hold over 20mins and then give up. Online chat is not working either dont know whats going on. I need help as i was meant to speak to the team that deals with when you having issues with payments and i cant through and now i got a text to say im going to be cut off..... help!

You are far better calling them rather than use live chat. If you have had a text then a restriction on calls and texts will automaticaly be placed on your phone unless you persevere in speaking to them today.
