I have started getting texts saying i'm being billed for "sexy content". I spoke to o2 and it's apparently because i signed up for a premium service at some time in the past for "information services" and they may have sold on my info. So the following questions they can't answer:
1. Does o2 not need to ask me for my permission before allowing a new subscription to "sexy content?"
2. Does o2 bill me for this content on behalf of that "3rd party" without my permission?
3. Does o2 not have any responsibility for ensuring it's customers are safe from spurious "sexy content" auto-sign ups?
Where do i go from here? o2 deny deny deny yet I am 100% sure i did not approve this....
Any help or assistance would be appreciated!
Thanks
Karl
