Hi, I paid my bill of £28 on 21st June and this morning it’s been taken again

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

You need to allow at least 7 days to stop the DD from being taken.

With a DD in place there is no need to pay manually.

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202, 0344 809 0202, or specific payment management number 0800 902 0217 / 0800 032 5302
