Hi,
I hope you can help. In August 2019 I allowed my daughter to purchase a tablet on a 48 month plan. The 48 months ended in August, but a further payment came out in September. I checked and was fine with the £24.25 coming out, as that did not start until October 2019. However, the additional payment, of then £13 - now £16.53 - commenced in September 2109, therefore I paid it for 49 months. I do not therefore believe this should have been taken from my account. Please advise.
