To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday โ 8am to 8pm
Saturday โ 8am to 6pm
Sunday โ 9am to 6pm

The best way to check you bill or make a payment is through the my O2 App if you dont have it jusy down load it in your app store! Your username is usually your email address if you can't remember your password you can reset.
