Hi, my bill is due on the 13... Is there any way of me checking numbers I called 1 week ago?( Never saved an important number) or do I have to wait for paper bill on the 13th??? Thanks

Hi @Anonymous you can check outgoing calls in your myo2 via the app or your pc

Your phone log may have it?
Or in your previous bills section, on the left side of the page, you should see “what I’ve used” which should tell you this months usage.

View your latest bill in My O2

Scroll down to see 6 previous bills and click on one of those.

Scroll down to the bottom of that bill and click on View and print older bills

That will bring up the old style web page

Click on 'recent charges' in the left hand blue menu.

Click on 'what I've used'

click on voice calls and you should see numbers called since your last bill.

Hi thanks for your time, but it only shows calls upto 7th December I need it from 27th December. It will come up on my next bill due on the 13th but it'll be too late by then
