Solved: Bill issue

Hi I’ve got my bill on my 02 app as 34 pound however I’m getting paid an extra 13 pound can you tell me what that is for as they are coming out as different charges and not showing up on my 02 account

If so, there are 2 charges. 1 for device and 1 for airtime.
