With all that information you've posted you'll need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Hi, as soon as I posted my query I realised its not the right forum and since then I have amended my query to ... as there was no option to delete it. anyways thanks for responding my issue is resolved now after talking to O2 cust care
