Best way to contact o2 to talk about the platinum service

Hi everyone,need advice on best way to contact o2.Im not looking to make a complaint,I contacted o2 on Friday to get a new sim only deal to beat the price rise.The girl I spoke to actually tried to offer me less data for more money.I told her your actually try to offer me less for more?think about it.When I highlighted i can get better deals she turns around and says can’t give you any discount.The bit I don’t understand is if I’m leaving the team there go out of there way to get you a good deal.Platimun is a total hit and miss.Then i not long after I receive a message asking how the service was!I didn’t wanna bother with it cause it’s a waste of time and I wouldn’t wanna be negative!lol
