Sorry if this is painfully obvious/really stupid.
I've just been billed for this month, and it comes to £27.86. I've not paid it yet, but my balance shows £0.00? Is there a reason for this or am I being dumb/misinterpreting what it's supposed to mean?
Cheers!

Hi @eddie442 Have you set up a direct debit? If so then it means O2 have taken the money from your bank and therefore your bill has been paid?
If you are paying by other means then maybe you need to check with customer services http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus Between 8-8.30 am in the morning is the best time...

Looks like the bill has been paid if your on a standard contract. If you're on a refresh contract then the airtime bill for this month will have been paid then the device plan monthly cost will be due in 2 weeks
