Hi, after a conversation with one of your colleagues on Monday 13.12.2021, about Premium Text messages I had received, it was agreed that my account would be credited with the amount of £6.38. Your text message to me on the same day confirmed that the credit charge would be applied to my account the following day, Tuesday 14.12.2021. To date, I still have not received the credit amount into my account. My account still shows these Premium Text messages as an additional charge. Please can you arrange this credit??
