O2 App is not working to see my date call & texts , please fix a soon as possible ≠° been costumer over 25 years

@W9 - Loads of issues with MyO2 app and web versions just lately.

Try deleting the app, rebooting phone and then reinstall the app from your phone's app store.
Also please note this is a customer to customer community, not O2. You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter/X (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)
Unlikely that you'd get help in store, but may be worth a last resort try - take some photo ID with you!

If you used the search function you would have seen this question asked a lot recently, also you been a customer for 25 years means nothing, as there is a billing platform migration on going...
