I haven’t received the sms or the email. Rang up yesterday and had a 30 second conversation where I was told there was a technical issue and I would get it in 24hrs. Still no sms or email. Reading all the horror stories from the previous prepaid Mastercard promotion has me worried. Has anyone received theirs yet??

Hi,

the part I am referring to is the ‘Within 14 days of purchase, customers will receive email and SMS with instructions on how to obtain digital prepaid MasterCard’. I have not received a text message or email with any instructions despite those 14 days having elapsed.
