Another delivery delayed

So, I ordered a note 20 ultra. Selected thursday delivery. Order was only despatched thursday morning and even today Dpd is showing they dont even have the parcel. Any other delivery has been by DHL but dont know if they suspended deliveries to NI.

Why offer a date selection of thursday but not even despatch to thursday noon.

You'll need to call O2. It's their job to ensure the phone reaches you.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

Thanks @Cleoriff just phoned there and they cant check as the dept is closed. Just cancelling the order as its delivery to northern ireland so specifically ordered so it would have been delivered to avoid the new border delays... may as well just wait and preorder the s21 ultra.
