Another broken promise

On the 14th of march I spoke with Curjinder,
He promised to call me back at 1pm on the 15th.

This didn't happen and I have just wasted 3 hrs of my time going along to the 02 store where they didn't help me at all only to put me through to CS advisor who also didn't help at all.

An amazing waste of time and lots of lies.

Please call me ASAP so we can finally get this sorted.
