Contract signing page is not there

Hi ordered a new phone today. When I get an email with a link to sign the contract the link is broken Customer services just send another email, 3 so far, the link is broken in each with Error 500. Any ideas?

Try a different browser or use incognito mode.

Check there's no full stop or other character that could be confusing things at the end of the URL.

Use mobile data and switch off wifi

I always find links work better on the mobile phone
