Is it possible to keep paying off the device and not the airtime bill (or have it on payment arrangement as I'm not using O2 services anymore) as I got laid off my job and have been struggling financially?

Will they block my device for not being able to pay airtime bill? I understand I wont be able to use data, calls, and text but I'm worried that my device will be affected. My device plan payment is updated.

@FN If you don't pay both parts of your contract your phone usage will either be halted or restricted.
You can try to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
