Hi there

I have no age restriction as I’m 23 years old but I as of today I am no longer allowed to get onto over 18/adult sites. I have tried ringing o2 and they have said they aren’t dealing with ‘none urgent’ calls, and I cannot talk to a guru as they’ve taken this down due to covid-19 demands.

Can somebody please help me as this has happened a few times now and it’s quite frustrating

You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.

Hi, I’ve already done this and I don’t have a restriction on. I have rang o2 and they will not put me through due to it being a none essential/urgent call

@TJ2 We are all customers, so there's nothing else we can do to help you here. You'll just have to keep trying the numbers and hope someone takes your call.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
