Hello,

I have used thier service for two years and my contract will end this September.  One of agent called me today talking about renew my contract. I mentiond to the agent ,I won't stay in UK for more than one year , but he still renewed my contract for 24 months. Is there any way I can cancel that?

Can someone give me some advice?

Many Thanks.

Zheng

You're on your own with Aerial I'm afraid.
They aren't O2 so you need to talk to them directly to cancel.
It's not unusual for them to do this kind of thing though. In this country we call them "Sharks" !!
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@Zhui1115 they will have put you on a business tariff with no cooling off period

Maybe customer service will help

With a business contract your rights are very limited. I would be writing to them and making an appointment with the Citizens Advice Bureau.

Would be easier for everyone if O2 reigned them in somewhat too.

Thank you all for your replys, @Martin-O2 has contacted me , hopefully we can sort this out.

The first time I signed a contract with aerial direct was two years ago in a O2 store recommended by an O2 employee there. I thought I was signing a contract with O2.
